No provider-patient relationship is created with PeptideRx by using the Service. Any provider-patient relationship exists solely between the user and the applicable independent provider or clinic.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

Users must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Users agree not to misuse the Service, scrape or harvest data, interfere with security, submit false or unlawful information, impersonate others, violate intellectual property rights, or use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

3. Independent Providers, Pharmacies, and No Endorsement

Listings, referrals, directory information, and platform connections are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement, warranty, credentialing guarantee, or medical recommendation by PeptideRx. Users are responsible for verifying provider credentials, licensure, treatment options, costs, risks, and suitability.

4. Payments, Fees, Refunds, and Communications

Any fees, payment terms, subscription terms, product charges, consultation charges, pharmacy charges, shipping costs, cancellation rights, refund rules, or return restrictions will be disclosed at checkout or through applicable provider, pharmacy, or platform terms. Medication returns and refunds may be restricted by law or pharmacy policy.

7. Indemnification, Governing Law, and Disputes

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeptideRx from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from user misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.
